Almeria & Melilla: Conversations with the migrants

In 2013 Alan Searle visited Spain and then Morocco to speak to the migrants there. These experiences are almost a decade old now but the problem has not gone away, so the intention is to re-visit this journey to first the agricultural area (greenhouses) near Almeria in Spain and then the hillsides in Morocco beside the Spanish enclave of Melilla where the migrants attempt their crossing into Europe.
